Requirements:
> Complete the NJH Workplace Preparation Programme.
> Complete Basic End User Computing (or demonstrate equivalent digital literacy).
> Pass the NJH Workplace Readiness Assessment.
> Sign the NJH Code of Professional Conduct.
> Register as a member of the Institute.
Certification validity
> Valid for one year.
> Renewable through annual membership and CPD participation.
Certified Workplace Professional (NCWP)
Recognises professionals who consistently demonstrate competence, professionalism and ethical conduct in the workplace.
Ideal for:
> Administrators
> Office professionals
> Supervisors
> Customer service staff
> Business support professionals
Requirements:
> Hold the CWRP certification (or equivalent recognised learning).
> Minimum of 2 years relevant workplace experience.
> Submit a verified Portfolio of Evidence (PoE).
> Complete at least 20 CPD points in the previous year.
> Employer or professional reference.
> Maintain membership in good standing.

> Renewable annually through CPD, ethics compliance and membership renewal.
